Deluxe Print
Dye Sublimation These lanyards are custom manufactured on premium quality fabric using a heated dye-sublimation process on both sides of the material. Printing, including background color, allows up to 6 total PMS ink colors. (White is not counted as a color, as the unprinted material is white.) 
NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME: 4 weeks from the date of the artwork approval. Please inquire about rush services. MINIMUM ORDER: 250 pieces |
Direct Print
Silkscreen These lanyards are imprinted on premium fabric using the silk-screen process. Print quality is good, but is not guranteed for long-term usage. Available ink colors are red, white, blue, yellow, green, orange, black, and gray. Fabric colors available are red, white, powder blue, royal blue, navy blue, yellow, goldenrod, kelly green, and black.  NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME: 2 weeks from the date of the artwork approval (under 1,000 units, printed one color on one side only). 4 weeks from date of the artwork approval for 1,000 units or more, with up to six ink colors printed on both sides of lanyards. MINIMUM ORDER: 100 pieces |

4-Color Process
A dynamic new program featuring our premium Deluxe Print quality from 1 spot color to 4-color CYMK process in very short production runs. Our unique process even allows for variations of text on individual lanyards! Please note that with this process, ink colors are software generated and therefore specific PMS color matches are not guaranteed to be exact. Text/logo repeats are available to the full 36" lanyard length. Custom print is one side with flood color on opposite side.
