IRIS was established in 1980, with a bright idea in the identification industry. We started as a photo ID equipment supplier. We took on the security industry head-on by supplying the best lanyards and credentials on the market.

IRIS separates itself from the competition solely based on our quality customer service. If you have a question, we have answers. If you need help with a design, we are there for you. Have questions about an order, call us and we will take care of you. While most of the sites you may come across allow you to create a lanyard and credential digitally, we prefer working together with you. This allows our entire team to make you a quality item, exactly as you imagined. 

To give each and every customer their optimal shopping experience, IRIS works on pricing each item just for you. We do not list pricing on our website because a lot of factors go into our price. IRIS creates custom products, so you get custom pricing.

You may wonder how our ordering system works. To start, we do not offer custom designs to be purchased online. There is a simple reason why. It's because we want to work with you. We want to talk to you and see what kind of design you are looking for. The outcome of this conversation will be a beautifully designed product. It's something a computer cannot match.

As a company, we take pride in giving back to our community and charitable organizations. We work with several organizations throughout the year on a regular basis. We also review any new requests that may come our way. We are a family-based business after all. What kind of family would we be if we didn't help the community?

Our company creates lanyards and other promotional products to showcase certain charities throughout the year. All proceeds from the sale of any of our charitable products go directly to the charity.
